General Description/Position Summary:
Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, the Sales Associate is responsible for the client relationship between Flip Electronics and an assigned geographic territory, vertical segment and/or customer list. The Sales Associate is Flip Electronics frontline employee requiring a customer service excellence approach to business that will allow the individual to deliver on the assigned growth goals in the specific sales territory.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Identify, Manage and Grow a book of business to deliver sales growth, profitability and
customer acquisition.
· Establish and strengthen internal relationships that drive efficiencies and deliver premium organizational results.
· Review inventory levels, working with internal departments to assist with customer inquiries and align Flip solutions with customer needs.
· Drive Flip brand awareness and effectively market the entire authorized supplier line card within the assigned sales territory
· Become a subject matter expert within the system to profile assigned customers, check inventory, costmaterial based on market dynamics, and manage gross profit to set guidelines.
· Accurately forecast assigned book of business (weekly)
· Adhere to the company core values and mission as a guide for daily actions.
· Perform all other duties as required and directed by management.
· Regularly participate in additional training or coursework to further develop a professional sales approach and stay current on industry developments, often through workshops, seminars, or online courses
Minimum Educational Qualifications & Experience:
· 4-Year College Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
· Minimum 2 years of successful work experience in a fast-paced customer service office work environment
